At Jacob's Piano Store, we want you to feel as confident in your fashion choices as a virtuoso on stage. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
